Abstract
The article discusses the white blood cells found almost on mammals neutrophils. It helps fight infection by ingesting microorganisms and releases enzymes that kill the microorganisms. Topics include the mechanisms employed by neutrophils to clear bacterial infections and counterattack by bacterial pathogens.
