Abstract
The article discusses importance and objectives of the national registries like PulmoCor registry for pulmonary hypertension (PH) . Topics discussed include goals of the registry like describing patients with PH and its impact on them, the registry aiming to optimize patient care and research related to PH and the registry expected to increase awareness about PH in Netherlands. Other topics include use of secured database by PH centres for the registration of patients with PH.
