Abstract
The article presents the case report of a 56-year-old woman having pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia with recurrent pneumothorax that led to Crohn's disease (CD). The patient was presented to the hospital with having CD status post-ileostomy and parastomal pyoderma gangrenosum. The patient was given adalimumab to treat pyoderma gangrenosum six weeks prior to her admission.
