Abstract
The article discusses the regulation of autophagy by the ZBTB16-Cullin3-Roc1 ubiquitin ligase complex. It focuses on a mouse model of Huntington's disease and discusses that the activation of autophagy protects against behavior dysfunction. It also presents a pharmacological strategy for activating autophagy in the central nervous system (CNS).
