Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 30-year-old male presented with epistaxis and haemoptysis and diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis (TB). He was also occurs with thrombocytopenia in association with TB. His computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed a small haematoma in right frontal lobe. The isoniazid and rifampicin were stopped to prevent drug-induced thrombocytopenia and treated with levofloxacin.
