Abstract
An interview with Merrill Swain, Professor Emeritus at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) of the University of Toronto, is presented. Topics discussed include French immersion in Canada, Anglophone parents who are interested in French language for their children, and the percentage of French immersion schools in Canada.
