Abstract
The conference paper "A communication friendly state—Victoria, Australia" is presented. The paper will be presented at the 12th Biennial Conference of the International Society for Augmentative and Alternative Communication on July 29-August 5, 2006 in Dusseldorf. Germany It discusses services offered by Communication Resource Centre to people with communication difficulties. It also highlights two projects of the Communication Resource Center, Libraries for All and Whitehorse projects.
