Summary: ``This paper presents an analysis for a single server queueing model with feedback and balking in which the inter-arrival time and service time follows exponential distribution. The steady-state queue length probabilities are obtained. Laplace transform of the generating function of the transient-state queue length probabilities of the queueing model are obtained. Some special cases of interest are also derived.''
