Abstract
The aim of this study is to underline the role of psychomotricity within the system of the general human development, as well as the necessity to discover as early as possible the instrumental disorders that have a negative influence on reading and writing acquisition, the necessity to develop an individualized, identification and prognosis program, correlated with programs of long-term and continuous psychopedagogical education, recovery and treatment, where the perceptive and spatial organization processes have an important role. Psychomotricity involves the physical and psychical plans, systems whose commands depend on one another and that explain together the complexity of the intellectual functions. When they are adequate and correctly applied, the programs of psychomotor recovery bring about premises favourable for the intellectual acquisitions. The experiments have demonstrated that the frequency and seriousness of the motor deficiencies depend on the level of the intellectual development. The ludic satisfaction must represent the essential criterion specific to the choice of any kind of activity during the primary cycle, as well as the fundamental condition for the registration of a significant learning progress.
