Abstract
This research paper describes the technology implementation at a fourth and fifth grade elementary school in central Illinois. It specifically focuses on the extent to which fourth and fifth graders at the school implement the scope and sequence of the technology plan, what skills students are proficient at, and what deficiencies do students have concerning the technology plan. Data was collected through a random sample of fourth and fifth graders participating in a technology test, and then the data was entered into SPSS and mean scores were used to determine the skill level. Results are discussed relative to the need for further improvement in technology implementation at the school. The results shown should help to guide the district in creating a scope and sequence that prepares Students at the school to better meet the technology expectations at both fourth and fifth grade level.
