Abstract
Edge of Islam ($195), from Bullfrog Films, is a 25-minute DVD that addresses issues of globalization. It portrays Muslim high school students on an island off Kenya who struggle with whether to work in the tourism industry and be exposed to the perceived ills of interacting with Western culture in order to continue to higher education. It is recommended for undergraduate social science courses.
