Abstract
The article focuses on a keynote address given at the QPOC Conference at UCSB, highlighting the importance of recognizing and honoring the contributions and struggles of marginalized communities, especially trans femme women of color and sick and disabled queer people of color. Topics discussed include embracing one's multiple identities, the challenges faced in academia, and the need for allyship in creating an inclusive and equitable world.
