Abstract
An editorial is presented on understanding of the affordances and constraints of implementing Article 12 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC). Topics include play, body language, facial expression, and drawing and painting through very young children demonstrating understanding, choices, and preferences; and declaring access to human rights education and training as a fundamental right in all levels and forms of education containing preschool.
