Abstract
The article discusses the survey on the insights of high school physics teachers in Iowa regarding effective teaching instruction in the subject. It states that a series of survey questions were given to the teachers and were asked to rate relevant skills that students might acquire in the course. Results show that teachers who apply inquiry-based approaches provide less value on the role of textbooks, strongly agree on small group work, and have positive view on physics.
