Abstract
The writers describe “Awesome Asthma School Days,” an educational program developed to improve the health of children with asthma in grades 3–5 in public schools in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This program has improved students' expectations about normal play and sleep and enhanced their understanding of asthma.
