Abstract
The article reports that the Delaware Department of Education has implemented Standards for Professional Learning that has helped us understand how to implement meaningful learning processes and foster the conditions necessary for learning to thrive. It informs that recently they have supported shifting our state's definition of high-quality professional learning to be content-specific and curriculum-focused.
