Abstract
The article presents the Four Level Reading Guide. The Three Level Reading Guides originally developed by H. Herber to improve comprehension. The reasoning behind the Three Level Reading Guide is presented. The Four Level Reading Guide is a series of statements which prompt readers to comprehend text. There are benefits of four level guide which are enumerated in the article. A guideline for writing a four level guide is presented.
