Abstract
The article offers information on the vocabulary instruction for Latinos English learners. It states that Latino English Language learners (ELLs) enjoy learning English-Spanish cognate. Information on English-Spanish cognate that are spelled similarly or identically in both English and Spanish with nearly same meanings in both languages as a result of a shared etymology, is also offered.
