Abstract
This article describes a follow-up analysis of the Spiritual Competency Scale, which initially validated ASERVIC's (Association for Spiritual, Ethical and Religious Values in Counseling) spiritual competencies. The study examined whether the factor structure of the Spiritual Competency Scale would be supported by participants (i.e., ASERVIC members) who were expected to be more spiritually competent than the original student group. The data revealed an internally consistent, 21-item, 6-factor solution, a cutoff score, demographics that may facilitate spiritual competence, and further support for the revised spiritual competencies.
