Abstract
Reports on the Court of Appeal decision in Axa Insurance Ltd (formerly Winterthur Swiss Insurance Co) v Akther & Darby Solicitors on whether a negligence claim against a firm of solicitors, for failure to effectively vet and monitor claims giving rise to the payment of legal costs insurance, was time barred.
