Abstract
Summarises the Irish Workplace Relations Commission decision in Schranz v Health Service Executive (HSE) rejecting a consultant radiologist's claim for additional overtime payments beyond the fixed monetary amount specified in his contract of employment, finding that he had failed to show that the income he claimed was properly payable under his contract and a 2018 agreement that had given effect to the Department of Health's amended consultant salary scales.
