Abstract
Notes the Irish Labour Court decision in Public Health Executive v Circa 280 Public Health Nurses rejecting a EUR 5 million claim on behalf of the complainants who wished to buy back a non-sponsored training year for pension purposes after finding that it was contrary to the current public service agreement.
