Abstract
Discusses the implications for industrial relations and trade unions in Ireland of the agreement between Forsa and Ryanair, which covers the airline's directly employed Irish-based pilots and resolves legal action taken by Ryanair against the trade union over liability for losses allegedly resulting from a threatened strike in 2019. Reproduces the text of the agreement.
