Abstract
Discusses the issues to be considered by parties when considering whether to bring or defend claims for damages following findings of EC competition law infringement. Examines the key factors in deciding which jurisdiction to bring claims, including, if there is a basis for substantive jurisdiction, the availability of interim remedies, whether claims are time-barred and whether collective actions are available. Considers the issues that should be assessed once jurisdiction has been established, including the ease of proving a claim and the admissibility and allowed form of economic evidence.
