This, the second part of a two-part article, examines EU competition law developments between November 2017 and October 2018. Discusses European Commission Decisions involving cartels, abuse of dominance, resale price maintenance, and other antitrust matters. Highlights sectoral inquiries during the review period involving policy issues such as fairness in competition, and the development of digital enforcement.
