Abstract
Comments on Warner-Lambert Co LLC v Generics (UK) Ltd (t/a Mylan) (SC), also known as Warner-Lambert v Actavis, on the validity of a second medical use patent for a known drug, depending on details given in the specification originally filed, and infringement if generic drugs were authorised for one medical use but then were supplied for another.
