Abstract
Examines the statutory questionnaire introduced by the Equal Pay (Questions and Replies) Order 2003, in force April 6, 2003 and reproduces it. Considers the guidance on completion provided by the Women and Equality Unit. Discusses the issue of confidential information involving another employee and whether disclosure of such information by the employer in its answers to the questionnaire would be unlawful.
