Transcribes the text of the High Court ruling in Badrick v British Judo Association on whether the claimant who had not been selected for the 2004 Judo European Cadet Championships by the British Judo Association was entitled to invoke the rules of the Association which provided for an appeal and whether the claimant was entitled to recourse to an arbitrator when the other interested parties were not willing to sign up to the Sports Dispute Resolution Panel process.
