Abstract
Highlights responses by Alistair Sim of the Financial and Professional Risks (FINPRO) National Practice at insurance broker Marsh, to questions relating to external fraud, including on the risks law firms needs to be particularly aware of, the type of firm most likely to be targeted, verification of payment instructions, actions firms should take if they fall victim to fraud, and actions firms can take to minimise the risk of exposure.
