Abstract
Highlights the availability of a self-assessment risk management questionnaire for conveyancing practices on the website of insurance broker and risk adviser Marsh. Identifies, as areas of risk to monitor, compliance with the CML Handbook reporting requirements, exposure to external frauds and scams, critical dates and attendance notes. Reproduces excerpts from the questionnaire relating to those areas.
