Abstract
Comments on the Supreme Court decision in Tariq v Home Office on whether the use of the closed material procedure pursuant to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2004 before an employment tribunal was lawful in the instant case, or whether it breached EU law and the European Convention on Human Rights 1950.
