Abstract
Comments on the decisions of the Spanish Competition Authority in Decision in S/0155/09 - Spanish Perfumery and Cosmetics Association (STANPA) and Re Spanish Perfumery and Cosmetics Association (STANPA) Professional Hairdressing Committee fining a trade association EUR 900,000 and EUR 58,000 respectively for exchanging pricing and sales information with its members, acts which in both cases were found to be restrictions of competition by object without the Authority looking for further evidence of collusion or actual or potential anti-competitive effects.
