This, the second part of a two part article, discusses the practical implementation of the duties imposed by the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 Part III on service providers. Considers the Disability Rights Commission's Code of Practice Rights of Access: Goods, Facilities, Services and Premises and the focus on an inclusive approach. Examines the meaning of physical feature and the obligations of service providers in relation to accessibility and forward planning, what is reasonable, reasonable adjustments to practices and procedures, auxiliary aids and websites.
