Abstract
Outlines the history of criminological studies into the state-corporate crime nexus, focusing on the ways in which white-collar crime is facilitated by government or regulatory policy-making. Argues that this research would be enriched by consideration of: (1) how variations in organisational frames affect state-corporate action; and (2) the social and cultural contexts of the risk assessments that inform state-corporate decision-making.
