Comments on the Law Commission's proposals for reform of enfranchisement, commonhold and the right to manage in its report, "Reinvigorating Commonhold: the Alternative to Leasehold Ownership". Focuses on methods for reducing disputes between leaseholders and landlords, conversions to commonhold, the role of the First-tier Tribunal as the primary forum for residential property disputes, and mixed-use developments.
