Abstract
Summarises the results of a survey into workplace dispute resolution, focusing on the use of conciliation, arbitration and mediation, looking at the policies and practices of companies on third party intervention by sector, and recent and planned changes on third party intervention. Also looks at the attitudes of employers towards the new ACAS dispute resolution procedures.
