Abstract
Notes the Chancery Division decision in Cooke v Dunbar Assets Plc on whether the Insolvency Rules 1986 r.12.2 required that the costs of a failed appeal against a bankruptcy order should be treated as a cost and expense of the bankruptcy and dealt with in accordance with the order of priority under the Insolvency Rules 1986 r.6.224.
