Abstract
In the calculation of the neutron self-shielding periodic plane lattice of nonscattering absorber, thickness 2a, and nonabsorbing moderator, thickness 2(b-a), was assumed. It is pointed out that under these assumptions a much simplier calculation is possible. (W.D.M.)
