Arsenic distribution in soils and its presence in certain plants

Abstract
A study was conducted on a large number of soils representative of diverse soil types in order to determine the range of arsenic content and to discover possible relations between parent material, climatic conditions, or soil properties and the arsenic content. A large number of plants growing on the soils studied were also analyzed for arsenic content and the results are reported.
