Abstract
The branching ratio a of both components of the beta radiation of Pr/sup 142/ was remeasured using the BETA - gamma coincidence method. The beta radiation was detected with an end-window counter, and the gamma radiation was detected with a scintillation counter. The Pr/sup 142/ was prepared by the Pr/ sup 141/(n, gamma ) reaction. A value a = (3.7 cores consistin 0.4)% was obtained. (J.S.R.)
