Abstract
Moyamoya disease may manifest in various forms. These variants are described in the literature as Moyamoya syndrome. The clinical presentation is usually ischemia; however, cases with hemorraghic complications also occur. The example described in the following is such a case. Frequency, diagnosis, and therapeutic decisions will be discussed.
