Abstract
Fibromyalgia is a common disorder. Patients present with a variety of symptoms and complaints, particularly generalized pain. The cause of fibromyalgia remains unclear but clinically, a variety of functional findings are present in the patients. Therefore, it is plausible to see fibromyalgia as a functional disorder and treat it accordingly.
