Abstract
The pursuit of innovation has become a catchphrase for businesses all around the world as the workplace of the twenty-first century keeps shifting. In the process, the interdependent dynamics of innovative work behavior (IWB), innovative culture (IC), employee inventive performance (EIP), and emotional intelligence (EI) become apparent as key factors influencing the creative fabric of firms. Taking a comprehensive look into the core of organizational creativity as we examine the relationship between inventive performance from employees, IWB, EI, and the supportive acceptance of IC, our study reveals the tremendous influence of EI on EIP, whether in the dynamic Middle East nor the dynamic markets of Saudi Arabia. We investigate the proactive domain of idea generation IWB through analyzing the behaviors that propel innovative ideas. We highlight the transformational power of the innovative culture as the story progresses, highlighting an atmosphere that not only accepts but also embraces the audacious spirit of innovation. This investigation is an encouragement for actions to companies hoping to prosper in the innovation furnace, not just for academic purposes. We build a tapestry that highlights the connections between IWB, innovative culture, and emotional intelligence through drawing on modern and relevant literature. The result is a guide for developing an innovative culture that transcends boundaries. Come along with this thought-provoking journey where feelings, actions, and cultural quirks come together to unleash the full creative potential of small businesses and support regional economic development.
