Abstract
We an investigation of a *13 grain boundary in a SrTi03 with a misorientation of 67?4 by HREM, Exit Wave Reconstruction and Z-contrast microscopy. The complementary character of phase contrast imaging and High Angular Dark Field detection is pointed out.
