유희적 삶을 위한 청년들의 ‘나눔 인식’ 척도 개발 및 타당화

Abstract
이 연구는 한국사회의 청년들이 유희적 삶을 위한 나눔 인식 측정도구를 개발하는 척도 개발 및 타당화를 분석하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 척도개발과정(Netemeyer, Baerden, Sharma, 2003) 4단계의 방법적 절차를 따랐으며, 중부권 소재 대학생 243명에게서 얻어진 점수를 바탕으로 검사의 신뢰도와 타당도를 높이기 위해서 차원성 점검, 내용타당도 점검, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 요인분석의 결과 4개의 요인이 추출되었으며, 제1요인은 공감적 태도, 제2요인은 수용적 태도, 제3요인은 관계형성, 제4요인은 배려적 태도로 명명되었다. 요인의 속성을 고려하여 제1요인과 제2요인은 정서적, 심미적 차원으로, 제3요인과 제4요인은 행동적, 수행적 차원으로 구분하였다. 나눔 인식척도에 대한 내적일 관성을 증명하고자 실시된 신뢰도분석의 결과로는 α=.821로 높은 신뢰성을 보였고, 변수 간의 상관관계는 Pearson 상관계수 p<.0.1, p<05으로 통계적으로 유의미하다는 결론을 도출하였다. 이상의 연구결과로 유희적 삶을 위한 나눔 인식 개념을 측정하기 위한 13개 척도문항을 개발하게 되었다. 끝으로 본 연구의 결과에 대한 논의와 한계점, 앞으로 논의 되어야 할 연구 과제 몇 가지 사항들을 제안하였다.
This study aimed to analyze the development and validation of scale to measure youths" perception of sharing for Playful Life in Korean society. Following the four-stage methodological procedure of scale development(Netemeyer, Baerden, Sharma, 2003), based on the points received from 243 college students in the central area, it conducted the review of dimensionality, examination of contents validity, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis to increase the reliability and validity of the test. In the results of factor analysis, four factors were extracted and named like empathetic attitude(1st factor), receptive attitude(2nd factor), formation of relationship(3rd factor), and considerate attitude(4th factor). Considering the attribute of factors, the 1st and 2nd factors were divided into the emotional and aesthetic dimension while the 3rd and 4th factors were divided into the behavioral and performative dimension. In the results of reliability analysis to verify internal consistency of the scale of perception of sharing, it showed high reliability(α=.821) while the correlation between variables was statistically significant(Pearson correlation coefficient: p<.0.1, p<.05). Based on the results above, total 13 scale questions to measure the concept of perception of sharing for Playful Life were developed. Lastly, this study suggested the discussion and limitations of results of this study, and also some research tasks that should be discussed in the future.
