Abstract
It is well known that the photon emission efficiency and lifetime of the device can be improved by controlling the exciton in EML. Using bipolar Emissive layer material is the one of the many approaches to improve the emission efficiency and the device lifetime. For highly efficient blue emission PHOLED device, 3-different types of PHOLED devices have been investigated. The device structure is ITO/HAT-CN/3-different types of EML with FIrpic/TmPyPB/LiQ/Al. As a result, the emission efficiency in co-host PHOLED device can be improved further.
