This study analyzes the factors contributing to violence and sexual offenses in street crime occurring in Unmarried Single Women Concentrated Areas, adopting an Environmental Criminology perspective. The results of the analysis revealed that crime hotspots, predominantly located in quasi-residential areas near easily accessible intersections, align with crime pattern theories. Consequently, the installation of safety infrastructure for mechanical surveillance, improvements in lighting to enhance natural surveillance, and spatial planning are considered necessary. Common factors influencing both violence and sexual offenses include the number of entertainment establishments and the proportion of one-person households. Therefore, increased patrol activities are considered essential for crime prevention.
