Abstract
(Abstracted from J Ultrasound Med 2020;39:147–154)Midtrimester universal transvaginal cervical length (TVCL) measurement can be used as a tool to screen for spontaneous preterm birth (sPTB). Currently, the guidelines and recommendations do not differ based on parity, and it is not known whether the predictive value of cervical length (CL) screening for preterm birth differs between multiparous and nulliparous women.
