Abstract
EVIDENCE-BASED ANSWER: For the identification of urinary tract stones, helical noncontrast computed tomography (NCCT) is more sensitive and more specific than either intravenous urogram (IVU) or renal ultrasonography (RUS) (SOR: A, systematic reviews of RCTs and cohort trials).
