Chapter 25 outlines psychological resilience in the face of terrorism. It defines resilience, and discusses functional outcomes following psychological trauma (with resilience as an outcome, or a process), resilience and risk in trauma (considering characteristics of the individual, of the event, and psychological responses during and after the trauma).
